TECLIT HA is a load-bearing insulation ring made of rock wool, covered on one side with fiberglass reinforced aluminum foil with an adhesive tab. The ring, due to the high density of stiffness, is resistant to compression and ensures optimal distribution of the load on the installation. The wool core ensures continuity of insulation, and thus the elimination of the bridge in the thermal at the places of fastening of piping installations. The vapor-tight aluminum membrane protects the insulation against the risk of condensation.
The TECLIT HA carrying handle has been designed to insulate and secure pipe fastening points. The product is part of the complete TECLIT system, which is used to insulate the pipeline in steel, stainless steel, copper and plastic with a medium temperature from 0 C to 250 C. The spacing of slings should be determined by the installation designer depending on the type, material, diameter of the pipeline ir with the medium temperature and pipeline working environment temperature. Typically, the spacing between 2 m and 3 m for steel pipelines and 1 m to 2 m for plastic pipelines.
