Stalflex - this is a flexible pipe made of 1.4404 acid-resistant steel, used to remove flue gas from oil and gas boilers with an open combustion chamber. It is made of a 60mm wide and 0.12mm thick strip. We can produce up to 50mb in one episode, standardly 10mb.
These ducts have found their application where the chimney shaft is so crooked that a rigid insert in the form of meter pipes cannot be admitted.
Single-walled chimney liners are mainly used to remove flue gas from heating appliances fired with gas or heating oil, operating under vacuum. Such chimneys are resistant to the corrosive effects of acid condensate formed during the combustion process. Water vapor condenses on the cool internal walls of the chimney and is discharged in the form of condensate through a condensate pan at the bottom of the chimney. Condensation may occur during the start-up or cyclical operation of the boiler.
