Product description

This is a new type of fittings, produced based on the unique CAST technology. These fittings are made of high-purity refractory clays with the addition of pure raw materials and are characterized by high performance parameters. The adjustable pore structure and very low density ensure exceptional insulating properties, which in turn leads to a reduction in fuel costs.

properties

  • 'CAST' technology ensures very high thermal insulation, enabling the required reduction of wall thickness.
  • Low weight and low thermal conductivity reduce heat absorption, ensuring significant energy savings.
  • Low iron content and alkali flux ensure high fire resistance and contribute to stability at work.
  • The pure raw materials used contribute to high fire resistance under load in operating conditions.
  • Fittings are available in large dimensions such as 230 x 610 x 64 or 76 mm and 250 x 640 x 64 mm, from which special shapes can be cut without the need for multiple folding and joining.

Application

  • Working surfaces of refractory linings and as an insulating layer, in:
  • Aluminum industry (anode furnaces, electrolytic cells and secondary remelting furnaces)
  • Petrochemical industry (furnaces, flues, refining tanks as well as preheaters and reactor chambers)
  • Coke industry and iron metallurgy (blast furnaces, blast furnaces, hot blast duct and blast furnace colon)
  • Forging, laboratory and other furnaces.
