For gluing expanded polystyrene and extruded boards to concrete and ceramic substrates. WARNING ! Use cold. Use outdoors. Protect from frost!
Before using IZOLBET-S, mix very well mechanically. The mass should be applied to a durable, even, cleaned and degreased substrate, previously primed with IZOLBET-S solution with water in a 1: 1 ratio or DYSPERBIT with water in a 1: 1 ratio. Incomplete or damaged joints of masonry and unevenness should be filled with putty mortar. Gluing of foamed polystyrene boards should be carried out in rainy weather at a temperature of +5 C to +30 C, with humidity not exceeding 65%. The adhesive should be applied along the edge of the panel with an intermittent braid approx. 3 cm wide, a few cm from the edge of the panel and in the form of patches in spots in the amount of 10 - 12 points with a diameter of approx. 8 cm (on a 100x50 cm polystyrene board). Press the boards down firmly to get good adhesion. The amount of adhesive applied after pressing should guarantee a minimum of 50% contact of the board surface through the adhesive with the ground. The setting time depends on atmospheric conditions, it is up to 7 days. It is recommended to backfill the foundation not earlier than after 7 days from the moment the polystyrene is glued. When making roof thermal insulation, it is necessary to pin thermal insulation boards to the load-bearing substrate with appropriate pins in the amount of 6 pcs / m2. In the corner and edge zones increase the number of dowels to 8 pcs / m2. All impurities can be washed away with fresh water after drying with white spirit,
Coverage: About 1.5 kg / m2. Adjust the thickness of the applied mass to the existing conditions in.
