This foam is a one-component, low-pressure gun foam with increased flexibility. Resistant to high operational loads, it is an excellent acoustic and thermal insulation.
Features
- flammability class E B1 (according to DIN 4102; DIN 4102)
- very good thermal insulation
- high flexibility - up to 25% (ift Rosenheim test No. 10529445/2)
- excellent soundproofing - up to 60 dB (ift Rosenheim test no. 16732750)
- low pressure
- waterproof
- dimensionally stable
- resistant to moisture and aging
- for indoor and outdoor use
Application
The product is used for embedding and sealing door and window frames (the assembly should be made with the use of a mechanical fastener), installation cabinets, roller shutter boxes, window sills, etc. element in and for filling the gap in the places where the openings are broken after embedding the cables, pipes, etc. Especially recommended for filling the gaps between thermal insulation boards when insulating a building using the light-wet method. The foam has excellent adhesion to metals, concrete, plaster, polystyrene, wood, paper, masonry, paint coatings and plastics (except for polyethylene, Teflon, silicone). After about 20-30 minutes from application, the material is easy to cut, sand, plaster, putty and paint.
